Dr Arun Notaney


Languages (Hindi)

Arun qualified from The University of Sheffield in 2003 and became a GP in 2008.

He is a trained “GP with a specialist interest” in Cardiology and worked West Middlesex University Hospital for 7 years, leaving in March 2016 to educate and up-skill other GP’s and Nurse’s in the NHS.

He also has the following roles:

• GP Trainer (Training commenced at the practice February 2016)

• GP Teacher and examiner for Imperial College

• Awarded “GP Teacher of the Year 2013” for Imperial College

• Director of K&W Healthcare (Federation of 31 practices in Kingsbury and Willesden)

His areas of interest are:

• Heart disease and heart related conditions

• Diabetes

• Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Airways Disease

• Chronic Kidney Disease


Dr Chander Notaney


Languages (Hindi, Sindhi)

Chander qualified Sind University (Pakistan) in 1967 and was 2nd in his Class.

He became a partner at the practice in 1979 and vast levels of experience.

Although he now works part time, he was previously a family planning trainer from 1978 - 1998.

He currently does a mixture of telephone consultations face-to-face appointments and Joint injection clinics. He also leads on Medical Insurance Reports.

His areas of interest are:

• Joint Injections

• Dermatology

• Asthma

• Diabetes


Dr Sushila Notaney


Languages (Hindi, Sindhi)

Sushila qualified in November1969 from MGM medical college (India).

At the practice she leads on the following roles:

• Women’s Health including family planning

• Intrauterine Coil fitting

• Cervical cytology screening

• Child Immunisations

• Infection control Lead

Qualifications and Roles:

Diploma of Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology 1973

Diploma in Family Planning + IUD trained in 1974

Intrauterine Coil (IUD) Trainer 1978

Training GP registrars until 2008

She currently works part time and mainly does telephone clinics although does see patients face-to-face and does a weekly acupuncture clinic.


Dr Dhanusini Thanapalasingham


Languages: Tamil

Qualified in 2007 from Royal Free and University College London Medical School.

When I am not working as a GP, my two young children keep me on my toes and my hobbies include netball and Bharatha Natyam.

I have been at Premier Medical Centre for more than 2 years now and feel very much part of the team. I hope to add to it by being able to consult in Tamil to patients who prefer to speak to a Doctor in this language.


Dr Kimberley Doolan


Dr Doolan qualified from Imperial College London in 2010 and went on to complete Core Surgical Training in London before transitioning to General Practice.

She trained at Premier Medical Centre in her final GP training year and then joined the team as a Salaried Doctor. She is the Health Technology Lead for the Practice.

Her areas of interest:

• Chronic Disease Management including Diabetes and Hypertension

• Sports and Exercise Medicine

• Joint Injections

• Lifestyle Medicine


Dr Hamid Habib

BSc(Hons) MBBS

Languages: Arabic

Hamid qualified as a Doctor from Imperial College London in 2016 and is currently a GP in Training at the Practice.

Dr G Phoenix

Dr Phoenix qualified from Imperial College London in 2008 and went on to train in Orthopedics. He spent some some time working in Management Consultancy before returning to Medicine to train as a GP. He is now in his second year of GP Training.
